She has been throughout a meritorious student in her academics and has also received Chief Justice of India Award for being the topper in Law Academy. She is empanelled member with Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India in matters relating to sexual harassment. She also represent hospital clients in litigation involving employment and commercial disputes, reimbursement matters, medical staff relationships, insurance and liability questions of all kinds. Articulate, persuasive and experienced she is on board of various companies as an independent member of Internal Complaint Committees of sexual harassment. She handles complex sexual harassment investigations for various companies India and provide value addition to the clients due to her expertise in this area. On regular basis she imparts POSH trainings to all level of employees and advises leadership in matters relating to sexual harassment. She also frequently gives presentations on various symposiums and conferences on national levels on sexual harassment at workplace. She represents individuals and companies at various courts /tribunals on such matters On regular basis, she has been advising several national and international clients in their corporate and commercial transactions relating to takeovers & acquisitions; joint-ventures; Fema, commercial contracts and agreements (like transfer of technology agreements, master franchise agreements, manufacturing/ supply/ procurement/vendor agreements, etc.). Anti-Corruption Laws is her another forte wherein she is regularly advising Indian and multi-national clients on making compliances under applicable Indian anti-corruption laws as well as international anti-corruption laws like FCPA and UK Bribery Laws. She has conducted FCPA due diligence exercises on several companies and also undertaken training seminars for companies on code of compliance to be followed under Indian & International anti-corruption laws. On regular basis she handles real estate matters in Courts and have expertise in conducting property due diligences for various Indian and MNCs. She regularly drafts and reviews deeds/agreements viz. lease deeds, sale deeds, agreement to sell, leave and license agreements, GPAs, etc. She provides wide range of legal services and advice clients in the social sector be it trusts, societies, non-profit companies, foreign NGOs in India etc. She provides advisory services with respect to its documentation such as wills, trusts, gifts, charitable foundations etc.
