► Purchased a property in 2013 through registered sale deed from owner to myself in 2013. Property in my possession since then. Recently came to know that the owner (who sold to me) had registered an Agreement of sale cum GPA for the same property in 2005 with another party. The owner (who sold to me) is no more. Wish to sell the property now. Any legal hurdles / issues?

you can sell that property if the property is in your possession and if not pending any legal dispute regarding this property.
