► We, senior citizen family were misled by young generation biz man who assured all care of old age savings and house with lesser gain,headache for managing with maintenance.
Our old age savings with less interest in bank was invested in his biz assuring 12% interest in addition to profit share our residential house also taken on long term lease with doc's for rental and bank OD facility for the biz against all assured benefits with asset protection along with benefits of interest, rentals in addition to profits & future care of our old age.
Presently after three years of the assurance We are neither paid interests nor any rental payments till date and prop. doc's also seems to at risk of NPA notice for his default to bank.

Dear Sir,
Register an FIR for cheating, breach of trust & misappropriation under IPC:
Sections 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 467/468/471 (forgery if docs misused).
If elder abuse is involved, add Section 75 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
Lodge complaint at the local police station or senior citizens' protection cell.

Without your active involvement and consent the stated investment and lease of property is not possible so do not blame only on third person. Now withdraw your investment, get issued legal notice cancelling the lease and claim the arrears of pending arrears of rent and if notice is not complied then file one suit for recovery of investment with interest, damages etc. and also file second suit for eviction of tenant and also recovery of arrears of rent. For rest all documents etc. are required to be examined to suggest remedies.
