Regarding execution case and a title suit of same property

► I am a jdr in an execution case and D.P is going to be issue very soon but now suddenly a third party appears with proper documents and file a title suit on same property and he made me a respondent on that case he submitted all his court fees and formality but noticed not served to me . Please help me how could I take a stay order on my execution case

I hope tMere institution of the title suit by the third party will not stay the execution proceedings and delivery of possession cannot be stopped by the execution court. If the third party is claiming independent title, then an application to stay the execution proceedings may be filed before the executing court, making it aware about the pending title suit, or the interim injunction or stay application may be filed before the court where the title suit is pending. As you are the respondent in the title suit, you can appear in the said case after receiving the notice and fight the case on merits. In light of the urgency of the matter, it is advisable that you hire a civil lawyer at your earliest.
