Dear Client,

In case the messages do not contain information about the identity of the lender, the loan account number, the loan amount, or any transactions and only urge you to download the app to pay off the loan, be very careful before downloading the app or making any payments until the debt is verified. Maintain screenshots of all SMS and WhatsApp conversations and seek information in writing about the claimed debt by the lender, along with the identity of the lender, loan contract, account number, and list of dues. In case the sender threatens to contact your family members, friends, or colleagues or engage recovery agents without verifying the debt, the behavior can constitute harassment and, if the lender is a licensed entity, the actions could contravene the regulations issued by the RBI.

I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Client, In India, prenuptial agreements are generally not legally binding in the same way as they are in countries like the United States. There is no specific law that gives automatic legal validity to prenups. However, a court may consider a prenup as evidence of the parties' intentions, especially if it was entered into voluntarily and is fair. Therefore, a prenup can be useful, but its enforcement is not guaranteed and will depend on the facts of the case and the applicable law. Hope this helps, please reach out if you have any more queries.
