I am Prashant M. Gajre, Staying at Bedekar Sadan No. 4, Girgaon, Mumbai 400004.
From last 1 & half years ( 1.5 ) , 7/8 Boys from other Buildings are gathering at Night around 10.30 pm under our building & making noise till 12/12.30. We have told them not to make noise, But no improvement.
I did one Police complaint but no use. Please guide me what to do.

DEAR SIR,
ince your verbal complaint had no effect, follow it up with a written complaint addressed to:
The Senior Inspector, Girgaon Police Station.
Clearly mention:
Names (if known) or description of the boys
Time and frequency of nuisance
That you had earlier complained verbally
That this affects your right to peaceful residence
Send it by Registered Post or Speed Post and keep a copy.
