Dear Client,
In case you have already registered your complaint with the police and the same has been informed to you by the police that your complaint is a case of a matter needing judicial resolution, then the next course of action shall depend upon the decision reached by the police. In case your complaint has been registered by the police, then the matter shall be investigated and, based upon evidence, a relevant report shall be filed by the police before the relevant court. In case no FIR has been registered by the police or the police are considering the matter to be a civil matter, then you can get the help of an advocate for filing a civil suit for recovery of your money and, in case the facts show a crime like cheating or criminal breach of trust, you may approach the jurisdictional magistrate with a complaint in accordance with the procedure of Criminal Procedure.
I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
