► An os suite filled on defendant on land occupied by the buyer ,court given exparte and the judgement in favour to us by decree with costs and permanent injunction order.Even though the defendant not allowing to enter into the land abusing,police officers are not involving as the case in court. Registar not allowing to record on permanent injunction order because of survey number not mentioned in order copy.
Defendant on other side planning to sale the land (Made a registration before itself with occupied our boundaries)
We informed Our lawyer to accept the appeal from defendant ,lawyer said it is not a good decision to accept to allow the appeal.
Which is the good way to approach now (Accept for appeal or continue with the degree and permanent injunction order.

File for Amendment of Decree to Include Survey Number
