► My appeals were adjudicated by the FAA after 45 days from the date of appeal. He has not assigned any reason for such a delay in adjudicating the appeals. Iam preferring second appeal. Can I plead that the said order is illegal since the appeals were adjudicated after 45 days. My grounds of appeal will be
a) Not a speaking order
b) Order passed after 45 days
c) Order is undated.
d) The order says that appeal to be filed within 45 days of the receipt which is incorrect.
