► My land is mortgaged to Aptus Value Housing Finance which is occupied by lakshmi Narayana .he is not released my land. Six months ago, when we asked for our house plot and pointed out that a tree posed a danger to our home, he verbally abused us using aggressive language and physically assaulted my brother-in-law. Case was registered against him (FIR Nos. 131/2025). He had agreed to hand over our land within one year and remove the trees within two months if the cases were settled amicably; however, he has now turned against us. please solve this issue permanently.

I understand your concern. Based on the query raised by you, I shall offer you my legal opinion. The first step is to request the police station to file the charge sheet under the FIR No. 131/2025 including physical assault , secondly you should file a civil suit for permanent injunction and eviction and thirdly you must intimate the finnacial institution of the illegal occupancy of a third party in the mortgaged property.
