Dear Client,

I understand your legal query. Based on your legal query, I would like to give you my valuable opinion. I suggest that you don't miss the date given by the Court, which is fixed on 30th July 2026, for paying the gratuity and the leave money because not appearing would not favour you and might result in heavy fines. An execution procedure may be initiated against you, leading to seizure and freezing of bank accounts, assets of your company, and also imposing heavy penalties. In case you have an issue regarding payment due to a cash crunch in your company, you can present a written application through your advocate before the Labour Court to consider your situation and give a reasonable time limit extension for such payment, stating your reason for such extension.

Dear Client,

Should the order from the Labour Court be made in that you are supposed to make the payment of the said amount on 30th July, then you should not ignore the hearing nor fail to attend the hearing session. In case of failure to comply with the order from the court, you may face execution procedure, seizure of your property or your bank account, among others. In the event that you truly have financial problems, you may come before the court through your advocate and request to be granted a reasonable period of time to make the payment.

I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
