► Deptt issued PPO in my first name written on that they not mentioned surname whereas my joint account with my husband my surname is there bank is pressuring me to get the revised PPO & withholding the pension amount. I wrote to Deptt they said we have no right to edit in the service record. I escalated this matter to higher bosses but no relief & even lodge complaint to RBI where complaint is pending till date and no relief. Pl advice how to resolve this matter. Thx.
