► Main ek adult woman hoon. Mera boyfriend ke saath relationship meri apni marzi se hai aur marriage ki baat bhi maine apni taraf se pehle initiate ki thi. Mere parents ab baar-baar mujhe ye kehne/gawahi dene ke liye pressure kar rahe hain ki mere boyfriend aur uski family ne mujhe dara-dhamka kar ya kisi tarah “fasa” liya hai, jabki ye meri actual statement nahi hai. Maine pehle NCW ko inform kiya tha ki mere parents mere boyfriend ko jaan se maarne ki dhamki dete hain aur uske khilaaf jhootha case karne ki baat karte hain. Us complaint ke baad police mere ghar aur mere boyfriend ke ghar bhi pahunchi thi. Ab mera objective FIR ya koi naya case karna nahi hai. Main sirf apna independent version pehle se administration ke record mein rakhna chahti hoon, taaki future mein mere parents mere boyfriend/ उसकी family ke against koi different version dein ya mujhse koi false statement dilwane ki koshish karein, to meri prior intimation bhi available ho. Meri sabse important concern ye hai ki main nahi chahti ki meri is preventive intimation ke basis par police mere boyfriend ya uske family ke ghar visit kare, unhe unnecessarily contact kare, ya koi inquiry start ho. Main sirf record/acknowledgement chahti hoon, subject to law. Please advise: 1. Aisi intimation kis authority ko dena legally safest/most appropriate hoga? 2. Kya email/online submission/speed post se acknowledgement ya diary/receipt number liya ja sakta hai? 3. Mere circumstances mein kya koi aisa lawful method hai jisse meri statement formally record mein aa jaye without unnecessarily triggering police action? Main chahti hoon ki meri present position legally/documentarily record mein aa jaye, lekin unnecessary police intervention na ho.
