► I have been ordered to pay 5 lacs compensation and 20k per month to my estranged spouse (July 2023). I have applied for revision with 783 days of delay which was allowed. But the appeal got rejected. She is M. E. She is residing in Pune. She is doing job but now she claims that she is jobless which is not true. Our son is with her (10 yrs Old). 21,80,000 is total amount due till date out of which 8,27,000 is transfereed through bank. I have also paid 60k tution fee for my son (when he was in nashik. Approx. 80k valuation bills were submitted as well (spent on my son for his toys, clothing etc.). The decision of trial court was only based on allegations. No proofs were submitted at the time of trail claiming DV. The case was filed by her in DV act (2019). At that time my salary was 45k and now its 1 lakh. What to do as i have never committed any DV against her. Since last one year i have paid 25k per month to her but as per claim the outstanding is 14 lacs (which is 12 lacs as per my calculation).
