► Sir, my paternal relatives live in Ranchi district, Jharkhand. They use kerketta surname and they have ST(Lohra) caste certificate from Deputy commissioner, Ranchi. My father came to West Bengal in the year 1973 from Jharkhand state after appointment in Indian Railway. Our valid voter card, adhar card have Karmakar surname in West Bengal. We don't want to change our surname for issuing our caste certificate. How do we apply caste certificate from West Bengal. Please advise. Thank you.
