► i was in jail in another case. poilce moved to the court and get a production warrant against me related to other FIR. but that pw was not executed, and the issuing cjm of pw then has given a order that i am not needed in the court. so i got released because of court this order, jail authorities relased me after receiving this order, now police came to my house without any court warrant or knowledge and direcly arrested me. so can police do it, is it legal that i got released because of the court order and after release police can directly arrest me in the same case or is it illegal

Yes, nothing is illegal on part of police. On the ground of apprehension also that accused may run away or can avoid to co-operate or can abscond then also police can arrest the accused without warrant etc. You can file application for bail and can also approach high court for quashing of FIR.
