► My grandfather gave a house my father's elder son long time back. However later it cam to b known that someone started living their illegally. As my father's elder brother was 67+ 8 years ago so he gave power of attorney to my father to fight the case 22 days backy father died unfortunately Now can power of attorney be granted in my name to fight the case to get the house back legally ?

Yes, it can. POA can be given by your uncle to any person of his choice including you.
