BUILDER IS FORCING REGISTRATION OF FLAT WITHOUT C C OR OC

As you have paid most of the amount and the flat is almost ready to move in it is always better that you first get it registered on your name and enter into the flat so that at least you will become the official owner of that flat because in long run if you do not go with registration the builder can again resale your flat to somebody else and to get the money back what you have invested will be another big task and headache to run behind the builder. the OC & CC compliance can be sorted out afterwards
If Agreement between you and your Builder is not stipulating that you should pay and enter into Agreement before CC and OC is obtained then you can resist such acts legally. As possession is not valid until and unless OC is given by concerned Municipal Corporation or Authority doing so in that regard.
