► I worked with 02 employers. My second employer approved and submitted all required documents with EPFO without any issue. My previous employer didn’t submit joint declaration form as all their record burnt in a fire incident 10 years back but they provided me with a service certificate along with details of my monthly wages and copy of FIR. All documents signed by their authorised signatory registered with EPFO and I submitted all these documents under a covering letter to EPFO.
