► My father has a building consisting of basement, Ist floor and 2nd floor, he is 73 years old want to make will for the same. In the basement there is one shop in which I am running a business and there is and a small house. Once the will is.made can I rent the ground floor as my father will male a will saying that the property will belong to me after his death and my mothers death

Yes, you can rent out the ground floor now, even if your father makes a will leaving the entire building to you after his and your mother’s death. A will only takes effect after the testator’s death, so your father remains the owner during his lifetime.
