► Dear sir or ma'am I am seeking your guidance regarding an issue I faced with the Telangana State Medical Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) for the Lab Technician position. I applied for the Lab Technician vacancy and was selected for the document verification process. Details of the Case 1. *Position Applied*: Lab Technician, MHSRB, Telangana. 2. *Course*: I hold a B.Voc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from [maulana Azad national urdu university hyderabad]. 3. *Verification Outcome*: During document verification, my B.Voc MLT course was marked "not eligible" by MHSRB despite my explaining that B.Voc is equivalent to BSc as per All India Council for Technical Education (ACT) norms. 4. *Grounds*: I believe B.Voc MLT is equivalent to BSc MLT and should meet the Lab Technician post's eligibility criteria. 5. *MHSRB Notification Reference*: MHSRB's notification mentioned that for other courses, an expert committee would decide eligibility. However, they didn't seem open to considering this; despite attempts to explain educational ACT regulations and equivalence, my points weren't considered. I need help .
