You have every right to live in your matrimonial house and even you are entitled to maintenance and equal share in properties acquired by husband after marriage. File a complaint under domestic Violence Act claiming maintenance, residence. You can also file suit for permanent and mandatory injunction.

You can also file a Domestic Violence complaint against your husband and get order from the court for residing in your matrimonial home with your daughter.
