First check with your bank if the transaction was initiated or not. If there is no intention on the part of the company to pay the money, you can file a cybercrime complaint under ‘Financial fraud category’ or a written complaint to police station for cheating and breach of trust. Keep screenshots of your withdrawal request, communication with the customer care support.
