Dear Mam, as per your query,
At the time of joining, the department will verify your identity and documents. If your surname differs, they may ask you to provide proof that both names belong to the same person.
What You Should Keep Ready:
1. Gazette Notification / Affidavit of Name Change: If you officially changed your surname, you must have published it in the state gazette or at least made a notarized affidavit.
2. ID Proofs: Aadhar, PAN, etc., if updated with your new surname, will help.
