► I want to file Decelaratory suite section 34 and 38 act 1963 on the basis of my documents alredy i have possation and title from my registered will, municipality House tax, water tax ,electricity department and in me vs tenet case ADM recognise me as the owner, and civil judge junior division aslo recognise me as the owner and possetior orders copy but the problem is my mother will is unregistered 2004 will my dada ji gave property to my mother that is unregistered will 2004 and from that will a registered 2010 will maded in my name by my mother
