Hello, 

 

The Principal has auhtority to cancel or resticate the student on disciplinary grounds. However, such action cannot be taken without giving you an oppurtunity to place your defence. 

 

In such a case, write a representation to the principal including the higher school authorities (Trustees) etc. Engage a decent advocate to handle this matter.

Address it to: The School Management/Correspondent (for private schools), or

The Deputy Commissioner of KVS / Block Education Officer / District Education Officer (for government or aided schools).
