► Do dost ek plot kharidte hai apne bibiyon ke naam, baad me pahle. Dost aur uski patni ka dehant ho jata hai. Ab dusra dost us plot ko adha hissa karwa sakta hai. Pahla dost apne patni ke naam rashid katwa deta hai jisme dusre dost ka jikra nahi hai. Kya samadhan hai?

Sir, 

 Samadhan ye hai ki aap civil court ek suit file kare for Declaration, Title, Partition and Injunction. 

Kyuki ye land dono ne milke liya tha isme dono ka adhikar rahega. 

Jo marr gaye hai unke baccho ka adhikar rahega. 

Ye property ko sahi tarah se court ke order ke baad partition karna hoga. Court ispe comissioner appoint karega aur wo plot ka bhaag karega. 

Uske baad aap apne bhagya ke plot ko apne naame par kara le. Samasya Khatam. 

Adhik Jaankari ke lie OLQ ke madhyam se hume sampark kare.

If A’s legal heirs are willing, they can:

Execute a Relinquishment Deed / Release Deed in favour of B (or B’s wife),

Stating they give up their rights to that property share.
