Hello Bhavyesh,
You (the present landlords) have to first issue a letter of attornment (if not already issued) to the tenant stating that you people are the present landlords. You can skip this process if you have documents to show that the present tenant pays rent to you. This will prove that he has knowledge about change of title.
Next, You need to issue him a lawyers eviction notice stating the reasons.
If he does not vacate, you will have to file a suit for eviction against him in the local civil court having competent jurisdiction.
