► I enrolled for pilot training with a academy by paying 50k as admission fees so before paying the they said 35l as fees and balance 1cr is funded by the academy itself after 1 month of paying my admission fees i was asking for documents to process my loan by that time they said the full 1.35 should be paid by student and i can take loan on it so i request refund so they send me a letter stating i will not defame the company and i am volunteerly getting out of the program i did this to get the money after i sent the soft copy of the stamp paper with my sign they sent me 40k refund and said to courier the hard copy of the stamp paper so i did that after they got the courier they filed a cyber complaint on my account that i scammed them 40k and now my account is in lien hold and i am from chennai and cyber police station is in delhi and i am a student in chennai i can not travel to delhi to resolve.
In this issue i want to file a consumer complaint and compensation also the refund
