Hello,

You cannot get separated from your brother forever and neither can any court issue such an order.

Having said that. The legal remedies that you have

– You can file a complaint before the Local P.S. as against your brother for continuous harassment.

As you said that the harassment continued for 6 years and you are 23 now. I.e. such harassment was happening while you were 17 (minor). As such, if you wish, get connected to good criminal advocate and take appropriate steps to file a case of POCSO ACT as against your brother. Please be advised that this case is a very very strong step and needs strong proof of Sexual and/or Physical Harassment to incriminate your bother. We are unsure of the kind of Harassment you are referring to. As such take advise before incriminating your brother.

In the alternative. If you are well capable and earning well for a livelihood, you can chose to separate yourself and live peacefully and conveniently without any intervention. No Court can compel you against your wishes
