► Hello, My name is Meena Singh. I applied a maintenance amount from my husband and the court issued ordered 20,000 per month on 2018 till date I have not received the maintenance amount the other party ignored the court orders not visiting court . Please help me or suggest me a advice.

Dear Mam, as per your query,
You need to file an execution petition in the same court. If your husband does not pay the maintenance amount, a “Distress Warrant” can be issued attaching your husband's assets to pay you the maintenance.
