► My company have been delaying salaries for the past months. Finally I resigned and send resignation mail on November 12,2025 because my October and September salaries were pending. However they credited my September salary today November 13,2025. Do I need to serve notice period if they ask me because I had mentioned that I'm not willing to serve notice period because of the delay in salary.

Hi,
If notice period clause is their in your agreement terms then you will have to.
You can later sue them for non payment of salary along with applied interest.
