► I live outside India, let's say X.and my close relative has received few mails with some abusive comments like body shaming , verbal abuse and her husband was filed under false POCSO complaint. They filed a cybercrime complaint after investigation, The mails and complaint shows that the IP address is from X location. But does not belong to us. I suspect of hackig and identity theft involved. They have not spoke or showed any of the proof, but Falsely accusing me among the whole family. It's been 2 years and still this false accusation has been spreading. I am mentally disturbed. They never tried to.answer our call and showed us any document or proof to see what happened.
Now I am thinking to file a complaint as this has been causing major rift so that none speaks to me. How can I approach this?
