► A few years ago, a property settlement agreement was reached between my father and uncle. Now my uncle is refusing to accept this settlement agreement. Can I strengthen this settlement agreement through court or legal process so that my uncle cannot deny it? This settlement agreement has the signatures of my uncle, father, and other witnesses, and it is notarized.

Hello,

Yes, definitely you can make it binding upon your uncle by way of filing a suit.
