► Sir/madam, I got married on 2007by threatening from bridge side using police influence, immediately after 15 days her trail of leaving me started giving some irrelevant excuses to her mother's house, every time that means like 25 times in order to maintain family,I went and pleaded her family to bring her back but again after 10 days she leaves saying she miss her mother and she doesn't come back for 2or 3 months some time even 6 to 7 months or years.once in this on bring her back after 7 days she inform me that she may be pregnant which immediately checked with medical kit but dought but never checked because she left again with again than after 1 year I did pleading to bring her back that time child was normal again after 20 days she goes back to her mother's house but than after I got tired even than after around 5 years I called for discussion that time child was said to be autistic.she went again after 25 days I spent more than 10 lakhs altogether travel, gold jewellery , dimond ring dresses like 10 pairs in 25 days again left me which was last 2014-15 she was crying over phone saying 'I m also not happy without don't worry I will come soon " on asking she started fighting, manhandling me & hitting child and left again to her mother's house with child..now in 2025 she files maintenance case saying I did second marriage,I filled devorce case .. kindly enlighten me how to approach please?

You have taken right step in filing divorce case. It is a late step but right step. For rest details nd court papers are required to be examined to suggest legally. Move strategically.
