► My case has dismissed due advocate negligence and carelessness and everytime asking money to farward the case.i want to reopen the case advocate asking 15 thousand again.

Consult a competent advocate with all details and case papers. Change your lawyer and engage other competent advocate. Fee is on mutual understanding between client and advocate.

Without knowing what your case was and what was the reason of dismissal, No answer can be given. However, if you are sure that it was the fault of the Advocate then in my opinion you should change your Advocate and pay him some money instead of the same advocate.
