► My cousin sister borrowed so much money from relatives friends colleagues and other un people to show in her account to get German visa. She has taken all the money house other assets from parents who are above aged 80 and not responding to the browwers properly. We need to stop this and get back for their parents survival first. File a complaint under the “Maintenance and Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act, 2007”
This is the strongest legal remedy for elderly parents.
Under this Act, you can file a complaint to the Senior Citizens Tribunal stating:
The daughter is extracting money & assets
Parents are being financially exploited
Their survival and basic needs are threatened
