Im in a law college and they are debarring me from giving exam related attendance issue

► So im in Rashtriya Raksha university, lavad, gandhingar, im a law student here the college is debarring me from exam due to lack of attendance saying its not applicable on a central university its RRU is an act but the college of my is under bci and accoding to delhi high court judgement they can't debar any student due to the lack of attendance i need some advice regarding that

Dear Sir,

A college CANNOT debar a student from appearing in END-SEM exams merely due to shortage of attendance.

They may:

Deduct internal marks,

Impose fine,

Require remedial classes,

But they CANNOT stop you from writing the final university exam.
