► I had taken leave due to food poison and I had informed both TL and Manager through call and message. When they denied I decided to Immediate resign and sent mail to hr, now I received a abscond notice that marks i didn't come to office from dec 1 without informing authorities. What should I do now.

Mark you as “absconded” in records
Hold your relieving letter / experience letter
Stop your full & final settlement
