My childhood friend is going through some family issues and is depressed.
His wife and wife family members are threatening verbally.
The wife side say -
1) all laws are in favour or ladies.
2) even if your childhood friend help you with job in foreign country, you will end up paying high divorce settlement.
My childhood friend said
1) his wife is a second marriage. She doesn't have any divorce papers from the previous husband.
2) his parents gave all the gold to the wife on the day he married, as he is the only son. His wife took the gold and put it in her name in the bank locker.
3) childhood parents donated a flat on the day his wife gave birth to the daughter.
The wife said please register the flat on my name. The flat is on wife name.
Wife parents are demanding for a 1 crore rupees if not we will go to court. You will end up paying more than a crore .
The point they say any court will demand husband to pay big amount for daughter, as daughter or a girl child has more expenses throughout life. We the wife and wife parents will enjoy the amount. Better pay 1 crore rupees.
