► Dear Sir, I have purchased Komaki X1 ev scooty on 10.11.2025 online from Komako Website. During this time Komaki claimed it's range 85+ km in single Charge and having 3byears battery and motor warrenty . But now it gives only 45 km. I have called customer care but they did not guide me. I have contact near showroom, showroom staff said that "you have purchased it through online so directly contact to company". Company do not solve this problem and they also harass me. Plz advice me to solve this problem.
