► I have joined a coaching institute and the institute mentioned they have emi option for payment. After one month of coaching i decided to drop from the institute. Now some third party loans are calling me to pay their emi because i took emi from them. All this happened because of the institute not clearly explaining the loan and now the institute is saying we dont know about that. It is your problem we will teach the course. Whether you listen or not is your problem and you have to pay the emi.

Dear Sir, as per your query,
Mis-selling of loan, If the institute did not clearly disclose that the EMI was a third-party loan, this amounts to unfair trade practice
You can dispute the EMI and Immediately raise a written complaint with the loan company stating mis-selling by the institute and ask for the loan to be put on hold pending resolution
Legal remedy – File a complaint before the Consumer Commission against the institute (and lender jointly) seeking cancellation
