► I was working in Genpact. In September I was in pip. I was clear it perfectly within one time. In October I get rating. I November and December got NI rating. My manager was previously advised me if I will not improve they will again issue the pip. But on Jan 27, 2026 they terminate me suddenly and closed all the access of portal Outlook and teams within an hour without any warning. Ordered me to submit the laptop tomorrow. The reason for termination is bar performance and requested them to give me sometime. Put me on bench so I will find new job. And it fnf they don't provide me any 3 months extra salary or any notice period amount. They provide the salary of my working days and leaves. My friend was also terminated and get lot of other benefits. They told me that he lay off but I'm terminated so I can't get any other benefits. So it is correct whatever did with me.

Dear Sir, as per your query,
Sudden termination without notice or pay is likely illegal unless you were dismissed for proven misconduct after a formal inquiry; “poor performance” normally requires PIP and notice period or pay in lieu.
so the unequal treatment can be challenged if policies were applied arbitrarily or discriminatorily.
Send a legal notice demanding notice pay reasons in writing, and policy parity; many companies settle at this stage to avoid labour litigation.
