Hi,

Such employment bonds are made for you to fall into such traps.

However, we need to meticulously go through your employment details and then arrive at a conclusion.

The Constitution of India gives you freedom to chose and practice your trade and profession. Such unilateral terms and conditions cannot be imposed if you have a genuine reason to quit.

However, further document perusal is an absolute necessity.

Feel free to connect with relevant documents and papers.

Such bonds are valid so you are bound to either pay penalty amount or to serve the company in terms of bond. Such bonds are enforceable in court also.
